Leea K. Summerville
Leea K. Summerville is an associate attorney with Phillips, Whisnant, Gazin, Gorzcyca & Curtin, LLP.Ms. Summerville was born in Muskegon, Michigan and relocated to Los Angeles, California shortly thereafter. She has been a resident of Orange County since 2000.
Ms. Sumerville graduated from the University of Southern California (B.A., Print Journalism) and from the University of California, Los Angeles (J.D., Law).
Ms. Summerville exclusively practices family law. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and a certified mediator pursuant to the California Dispute Resolutions Program Act (DRPA). As a mediator, Ms. Summerville has participated in numerous programs regarding mediation and dispute resolution, including the nationally recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
Ms. Summerville is a member of the California State Bar, the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists and the Orange County Bar Association. She has served as an arbitrator for the Orange County Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee since 2007.
Ms. Summerville is co-author of the 2012 Los Angeles Daily Journal article, “Child Support Obligations for High Earners.”
Ms. Summerville resides in Orange County with her husband, where they enjoy spending time with their four-legged son.
