As a Certified Family Law Specialist and American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Member, Judi Curtin will serve as a panelist at the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists 25th Annual Spring Seminar that will take place from March 24th to March 26th in Rancho Mirage, California.
As a panelist on the session titled It’s None of Your Business, Or Is It, Judi will discuss such issues as characterizing businesses as a personal service business as opposed to a more complex manufacturing business. She and her fellow panelists will cover the most current cases dealing with good will and the various approaches to the valuation of business entities.
