Ben Phillips was installed as the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association today. Ben was initially elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Family Law Section in 2008, and he has served on the Board consistently since that time.
Ben has an aggressive agenda for his year as Chair, tackling case management issues including ex parte, trial setting, and settlement conference procedures. Additionally, he and his Board are planning eleven monthly educational programs, two in-depth evening seminars, and a number of social events for Section Members.
